Pumpkin Gingerbread Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 60mL pumpkin puree or raw pumpkin
  • 250mL SoyMilky Original
  • 5mL cinnamon
  • 5mL ground ginger
  • 2mL cardamom
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 15mL of honey

 

STEPS FOR PREPARATION

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass.
  3. Serve garnished with chopped walnuts and pumpkin seeds.
