Banana Walnut Health Shake Recipe

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 250mL SoyMilky Malt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 banana (garnish)
  • Handful of walnuts
  • 5 medjool dates
  • 5mL cinnamon
  • 5mL ginger
  • 1 handful of ice 

 

STEPS FOR PREPARATION

 

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass.
  4. Chop up the remaining banana into slices, and arrange atop the smoothie.
  5. Serve.
